I need something to cover the bed just for winter. Something I can remove during the summer so my RL can be used as a pick up, but need a place for my snowboards in the winter.
What are the best options for this.

You might want to check out the new G2 model from BakFlip as all that you have to do to remove it is unscrew 4 knobs and lift it off the rails. http://www.bakliner.com/g2.htm

Should take less than 5 minutes and even if you want to remove the side rails for the warmer months you should be looking at less than 1/2 an hour! Having a tonneau cover is great if you live in snow country as it's much, much easier to sweep the white stuff off your cover than to shovel it out of the bed!

I bought a standard Torza top. I'm awaiting its arrival.

Now you're mine

I have the Torza hardcap premier... I think its the best cover for the RL and super easy to remove

Put on the Torza top premier last month... piece of cake install and removal.. looks good. Probably a little water leak at front corners in hard rain.. haven't noticed any though. Thumbs up for thr Torza.

Another vote for Torza Top, I have it for the last 2 winters, removable in less then 5 minutes, folds in 3 and fits in the back seat area.
and 1/4 of the price compare to OEM.;)

I'd seriously consider a Torsa (by Advantage) for your needs. It looks like they now have several models to choose from.

1) My early twenties non-mechanical daughters installed it for me.
2) Works well in the winter. I get a little snow coming in from time to near the tailgate during big storms. (We get significant snow here)
3) It will allow you to sneak things into the trunk without opening the first section. You can open the trunk fully when the first section is flipped open.
4) It's light and stows easily in the back seat, or in front of the back seat.
5) I do not get any rain leaking in if you are carefull to line it up properly when you put it back on, however it will leak when I go through a car wash.

Reasons not to consider:

1) My wife mastered the operation in 2 minutes and I haven't seen my Ridgeline since.
