ROC License plate holder

Ordered a ROC License Plate Holder, got it just the other day. I suspected trouble when I noticed the crease in the envelope, right through the "Fragile--Do Not Bend" stamp. Sure enough, badly cracked on one side, broken on the other. But the decorative part was undamaged, and it was only $10, so I decided to try a salvage operation. I never really wanted to put the plate holder on the front, and (as advertised) it would not really fit on the back without mods, plus, it partially covered some of the date tags on the plate. If it had come in undamaged, I probably would have just stuck it on the front plate and forgot about it.

But, when the mail-man brings lemons, make lemon pie?... A little coping saw, some pocket knife work... a little contact cement...

Looks pretty good on the white and on the chrome bumper. The photo with the reflection of the faux stone driveway does not show the true effect, but you probably get the idea.

Mule - email me and I'll send you another one. Every once in a while we get a broken one - no matter how many DO NOT BEND and FRAGILE stamps we put all over the envelope. Sorry bud.

Not required T, thanks anyway. I am kind of glad it happened. This is the first bling I have added to vehicle in decades, and I think I prefer it where it is--not the standard routine of a plate holder, a little different, but not too gaudy.

I considered another one for the wife's Lexus, but she kicked that plan out of gear.
