Hey Keith, thanks for the picks. Been wanting to get to MA some day, lot of family from the area. Goes back to the whaling days and New Bedford.

Where were you? I'm guessing Greenfield/N.Adams area. Mohawk Trail?

Where were you? I'm guessing Greenfield/N.Adams area. Mohawk Trail?Yep, I worked the Mohawk trail from west to east (I-91). Pittsfield, Williamstown, to Greenfield

There was plenty that I skipped by as daylight was a factor. The one I wanted to hit is closed until spring 2009 (Mt. Greylock State Reservation). Oh well. until then I suppose.

Very nice pics Keith. Although I lived in the northeast most of my life, I rarely made it that far north in MA. Some beautiful scenery. I miss all the greenery (but desert life has its advantages) but not the winters!

You were about an hour away from me. I live in the CT river valley at the foot of the Berkshires.

Mt. Greylock closes on Oct. 15th I believe.
