Hey everybody,

This is my first post here, so please bear with me.
I DO NOT own a RL yet, but I am working on it :) I absolutly love it, and my wife does to, which helps ;)
Anyway, I am a Audio nut, and usually that is the first thing I modify on Vehicles I own, I want to try to leave the functionality of the RL as much intact as possible, but being a fanatic doesn't help.
So could someone lpease post EXACT dimensions of the room underneath the backseat, so I can get started on designing a PROPER Subwoofer enclosure, non of this prefab crap :)

Thanks in advance, and I hope to find my answer here.

Phil,

Try using the search tool and search on keywords "speaker", "box", and maybe "boom" and "box". the area under the seat is not square in shape and would be difficult to describe in order to you to bild a box with the truck for fitting purposes. You can also go to a local dealer and take the measurments there. If you do this, you will see what I mean. Good luck!

Hey,

I know that it is shaped like a trapezoid ;)
I have no trouble with that.
if just someone can give me the length of the bottom, top and front. and can figure out the rest ;)
also .. I did try to search before I posted... I have been lingering for a while.

If I come up with something suffice, I would have no problem publishing or building for other members that would like a little more then what the prefab's can offer.

Here is a member stating some dimensions on the stock sub box. I would only trust my measurements though
