I will be hauling two motorcycles in the back of my Ridgeline. The problem is I have a roll up tonneau cover and had to remove the top tie down anchors in the front of the pickup box. The lower anchors are there.
How have you anchored the inside handle bars on the bikes? Can you drill anchors into the pickup box?
Any ideas or pictures would help.
thanks

I have used motorcycle specific ratchet tie downs for a standard type Suzuki that my brother in law owns. I used the lower tie down hooks and ran the ratchet strap around the inside part of the bars on each side. One important thing is to compress the front fork down about half way to give it even more stability. Don't compress it too far though, because you can bust the seal and you will have fluid all over the place. I am not speaking from experience on that part, but I know it can happen. Sorry I don't have any pics, but with the tire "track" in the bed of the Ridgeline you shouldn't have much trouble with this at all.

I have used CANYON DANCER BAR HARNESS MOTORCYCLE TIE DOWNs. These are used on the handlebars. They have worked great for me hauling my bike to the track. Sorry I don't have any pictures, but you can search on the net for them.
Thread the inside tie downs through the spokes of the other bike to the lower anchor.

You need more cowbell. I can't get Will Ferrell out of mind whenever I hear the "Reaper" on the radio!
