Saw an interesing episode on TV with Bill Goldberg that got me thinking. A jet powered Ridgeline, yeah that's it. Mount in the back truck bed 2 JU-29 turbofan engines and let's see what t his baby can do. 0-60 in 1.2 seconds and 0-350 in 9 seconds. May not be an economey model but, it would be one hell of a ride.

Though 0-60 in 1.2 seconds in the RL may be possible. I question whether all the parts of the truck would arrive at the destination or just be scattered along the way.

I would also imagine that anything that you would attempt to tow would get deep fried! :D

I would think Honda would like it better if you mounted one of their HF118's back there. Its quite compact with an S duct over the cab you could likly put four of them in the bed.
At a thousand pounds of thrust each it would be a substantial performance boost, you would probably need to upgrade the the subwoofer to keep up though.

If I put a jet on anything, it's going to be airborne! :)
