First off, HAPPY NEW YEAR to everybody. I wish everyone a safe and healthy year to come. Now to the nitty gritty.

This is HONDA's first truck and I'm pretty sure that many of you have already tackled the fact that it's a beast. I live in COLORADO and haven't experienced the luxury of taking it out and getting it dirty. The land over here is great and the fresh air out in the mountains, there's just something about it.

AnyWHO...I plan to take my RIDGE out and about into the unknown...HAHA. I plan to get it dirty sometime soon and had some questions before I go offroading.

Is there anything that I NEED to bring with me on my trip, besides my GLOCK .40 and a buddy?

What should I do before I go?

Basically, I just need to know the essentials before I go off on this little expedition.

***DON'T WORRY...I WILL TAKE PICTURES AND POST THEM***

What to bring depends on the severity of the offroading you have in mind. At the minimum, I would take the following:

Thirty foot length tow strap (Avoid chains if at all possible).
Address / location of where you'll be muddin'.
Two planks of 2x8x30 (Amazingly helpful when getting unstuck).
Small shovel.
Mobile phone.
Second vehicle in case the first gets REALLY stuck.

All good stuff. Thanks for the info!!
