Powder Coating Rims and Tinting (Raleigh)

Does any know a good place to get windows tinted or a good place to go to get my rims powder coated in the Raleigh, North Carolina area.

I am new the area and was hoping to get some advice.

BigGoat - be very care about window tinting in NC. Unless it was done at the factory, the DMV/Inspection folks can be a real pain.
