Does ANY solution to level a heavily loaded RL exist? I tow with a lot of tongue weight and really nee to level the truck a bit. Cannot find a solution anywhere for the RL.
#1 Airlift? Shocks inside springs make simple arangement impossible.
#2 Stronger springs. Cannot find any aftermarket supplier.
#3 Airshocks. None found for RL.
#4 Spring gapping blocks. Do they work for towing? Are they durable? Safe?
... any help is appreciated.

I think the smart thing is to follow mfr's recommendations and stay withing tongue and bed weights. If you have more weight than recomended a different vehicle may be appropriate.
You can read a lot on here about weight distributing hitches which can level your truck--it is fairly controversial.

I know you carry alot of equipment in your ridge and trailer. If the sag is so bad stationary the only way i see it getting better is less weight. If the sag only occus when you go down the road over bumps do you think a tandem axel trailer would help?
I know you totally reworked your trailer so you probably would not like to get another, but its tough to stuff 10 pounds of stuff in a 5 pound bag.
Good luck,

With no spring options, tandem may be my short term fix. Sadly, the handwriting for the beloved RL is on the wall. My sister-in-law is best friends with the owner of a local Ford dealer, so I guess the day is coming. :(

As stated in a different post - the Ridgeline is not the problem, the trailer is the problem. You are exceeding the maximum tongue weight.

Not only that but with that much rear sag I would be very cautious about towing in slick road conditons. You are taking a lot of weight off the front wheel drive.
