Had to cancel my tonneau cover order from them today. They billed my charge card on Jan 2nd when I placed the order. Made Several phone calls to them asking where is it? Half the time I got an answereing machine. I also sent them an email, and got no response! Had to call Visa to dispute the charge. Dont order anything from this company! If I ran my auto repair business like this I would be out of business!

I would have done the same - and fired off a full page email to them on exactly how I felt about their "service"! Sorry to hear about your frustration! Maybe try Pizza's suggestion. :)
