I am reaching into the experienced minds around here to get some advice on a soft/vinyl tonneau cover. Which one should I buy?

Hi Scott,
You will find that lots of opinions are written on the ROC about the various tonneau covers. Here's a good place to start that will give you something to read and compare.

Scott, in my opinion the BakFlip design is not a good one. They have a new model now, but all tonneaus leak, some worse than others. Save yourself some heartache and investigate the Leer, A.R.E. or Nomad Raider toppers. The order is their relative decending cost to install.

Scott,

I am very happy with the Truxedo I installed. Here's a link to my install with photos:

I won't even claim it's water "proof" but with the snow / sleet / rain we have had here in the last 24 hours the bed is still dry...:)

Like RedLdr1, Truxedo Lo Pro QT here and I am extremely pleased with it. No holes to drill and easy installation. Added bonus is it looks great on the Ridge. 350.00 with free shipping in USA at Truckalterations.com if you mention the ROC.

I installed the Truxedo Lo Pro in less that 20 minutes. It looks great.

I would recommend a Truxedo for a roll-up, Torza for a tri-fold, BakFlip for a folding, and a RollBak or FMJ for a retractable cover
