SEMA TRUCK Light bar

Hello, has anyone in this forum have information on the lightbar that is shown on the green Ridgeline shown on the SEMA truck. The truck has fender flares and a unique looking lightbar that sort of grows out of the body and up to the roof line with lights mounted to it?

How about the black SEMA truck tailgate spoiler?

Thanks

After seeing it in person, I am not a fan of it anymore. It has the look of the OEM bumper guard.

I like the concept tonneau cover on the black ridge. It looks like it allows the trunk to fully open.

Has anyone else noticed that the black truck has 2 tailgate cables?

WOW Good eye. Guess that tailgate is not dual action?

It looks like it come off with the slightest pull. I certainly wouldn't want to put my weight on it.[QUOTE=k757;270754]After seeing it in person, I am not a fan of it anymore. It has the look of the OEM bumper guard.

The lid / trunk package on the black Ridgeline looks like a Lincoln Blackwood redo in 3/4 scale...:( Nothing new or ground breaking in that design... But if you just want a very big "trunk" it should fill the bill....

Great photos. Personally I don't like the look of the light bar....it reminds me of the Chevy Avalanche too much. I bet it will bleach out over time like all the plastic does on the Avalanche as well.

I think the cover and the tailgate are motorized...

I wonder if the spoiler keeps it from being so?

I've always understood that the number of lights on the light bar is inversely proportional to the driver's IQ. :D

has anyone noticed the door handles?

has anyone noticed the door handles?yeah, we asked the Honda engineers about that (at the 2007 Ridgeline meet). If I remember correctly, they wanted to have shaved door handles, but ran out of time before the SEMA show. (don't quote me on that though)

I'd rock the light bar if it was color matched to the body.

I bet that light bar gives up one mile per gallon. Just for looks, no thanks. Here you must have the lights covered or risk getting a ticket. Off road use only. I dont like the looks of it anyway.

From the looks of the tonneau cover I do not think the trunk could be fully opened. It is not the cover the blocks this but the rails and the lighted rails seem to go down the length of the bed.

On the pic of the bull bar, it looks like there's a skid plate also. Did anyone else notice that?

Happily I have been away from the office for almost a year now, happily retired but spending too much time looking for opportunities to vent against light bars!! :)

Point me to one of those covers on the black SEMA ridgeline and I'd buy it.
