I haven't decided if I can or will go - although touring the Honda facilities would be pretty cool....

BUT - food for thought: Marysville is only about 100 miles from Cedar Point amusement park in Sandusky, OH. I don't know about anyone else, but I am a huge roller coaster fan and CP has some of the best in the world.... It would be pretty cool if one of the days before or after the meet interested ROC-er's could go there and enjoy some thrills. Maybe even work out a group rate or something. Just an idea....

well its not exactly like that but its close. It is called top thrill dragster. It starts from a dead stop and accelerates to 125 mph in about four seconds. Turning towards the sky you go up a tower that peaks at 420 feet. Coasting over the top you get a great view of the grounds and the lake. That's just before the track turns back downwards at which point you plummet 400 feet at an angle of 90 degrees. Then you calmly return to the station and exit the ride. It is one of the most exhilerating rides you will ever dare to challenge and well worth it.

The 5th wheel wouldn't really be advised. No place to really mount it. Plus, you'd not be easily able to reach the trunk! the tongue would have to be way forward of the trunk, so not really an advantage (plus the raised sides of the bed...)

I've met folks around here who regularly push the trailering limits (one lady who pulls a horse trailer w/ 3 horses!). I wouldn't be afraid of pulling - I'd be afraid of STOPPING!

I have frequented both of them - This year they opened the "Maverick" it doesn't have the huge height or speed that the other ones do, but it is every bit as exciting in its own way.

I got off at 11pm last month... rough signing on after a 2 hour 85 mile drive (normaly 1.5 hour) one way in a snow storm!! Glad I had the Ridge and not the civic!! Snowed 3 inches in the drive, RL never even flinched if you went off the edge of the pavement. 55 in a 65 zone no cars... 50 in a 55 no cars.. All was unplowed maybe 1 or 2 previous tire tracks many areas I was breaking the trail. The RL is the most stressfree snowmobile I have ever driven.
