Scion XB

My sister bought a 2004 Scion XB with 79K on it. She bought the car from Carmax and they told her they have did a 120 point check and brought car up to current maintance requirements. I'm wondering if anyone has a Scion XB and what issues should my sister be aware of. Any thoughts good or bad are appreciated. Thanks in advance.

My brother has an original xB and has had zero problems with it. He commutes almost 100 miles per day in CT and averages 41mpg.

Well, the Scion is a Toyota, so the reliability is what you would expect from Toyota. One good thing with them, there is a huge market on parts for them.

One of my good friends has one of the first years...I believe he had little issues with "fittament" Mechanically it runs well with over a 100k...it's kind of like the Ridge in that people like the design or not....no middle ground...
