Any Cape Cod RL Owners'???

I see a few Rl's around... One or two a week... Anyone on these boards?

Not from the Cape, but mine should be travelling there a few times a year. What part?

I'm in the Mid-Cape area - Hyannis Centerville Osterville.

I usually head to Falmouth and Woods Hole. Try to get up every August also for the All Wheels car show at the fairgrounds.

I can say this. I was out at the cape for 2 weeks the last several years, each year, well I go every year several times a year but since I owned my Honda, and I tagged Cars all over the Cape up on the upper shore areas to P-town. I spoke with about 12 people who were locals......

Told them about the forum. I always stay in North Truro and stay up at that end, and the locals were mostly from that end.

So I know there are locals and I know where some live. I shall tag them again and again each time I go.

No Kiddi'n - I go in September after crowds. Where do you go, after all North Truro is kind of small. I stay on the bay side, although my next time over might be on the Ocean side right where the National Seashore ends in North Truro.
Love the space in the dunes, all the way up to P-Town.

You'll find my Ridge parked outside of Days Cottages... Been staying there 30 something years... It's a family thing. :D

Oh yeah, I spoke with the group of cottages just past them, on the same side, about hosting a meet. I can't remember the name just this min but they were great. Offered to get a permit for a beach fire and set up a roast outside at the fire. I stay just about 1/2 mile from Days Cottages (Going towards No. Truro, on the water as well). Love that strip all the way to P-Town.

Did Days Cottages allow pets?

Years ago, like maybe 20 years ago they allowed pets...Not anymore. :)

No, not White Village ,it was pretty close to the little grocery store there by Days Cottages.

It's a small Ma and Pa place, maybe 4 cabins, no heat, studs showing on the inside, like a cabin out of the 50's. But they also rented about 4 rooms, varies sizes with kitchens and baths in the main building.

It was reasonable and would do for a meet. No one would spend time in the cabins anyway, especially if he pulled a permit for a campfire. (on the beach).

It's tough with meets, some folks like nicer places and some want to camp. Budgets have a lot to do with it.This was in the middle.

Pet friendly, yee haw.....

Do you have racks and running boards on yours? I have seen a black RL like that at the Centerville lights twice the last few weeks heading in that direction....

Hey Codda..Sorry, it's been a while since I checked this thread. I don't have the running boards or roof rack. Just added rear mud flaps, and the very inportant pair of Red Sox on the left rear window, and the ROC sticker on the right! Hope to see you around....

I'm about a month away from my annual pilgrimage to the Outer Cape!!

Bumping to see if we get a few more Cape ROCers to show their virtual faces... :D
