The hotel features complimentary hot breakfasts and nightly manager's reception, an indoor pool and fitness center, two-room suites, and most importantly, a bunch of Element and Ridgeline Owners!!!!!

Guess we need to ask the question; does the $116 include all taxes? If not, how much more?

btw, for those planning to travel with pets the "sister" property Homewood Suites nearby allows pets.

Think I answered my own question! "Taxes are estimated based on a 16.75 %per room per night tax. Changes in taxes or fees applied after booking may affect the total rate for your stay.":eek: Looks like a total of about $135.43!:(

This is a really nice property - last time we had the ROC in Columbus, they had a convention that booked the place and couldn't take us. Great location. Make sure you drive south on Frantz Road to see the Field of Corn (http://www.roadsideamerica.com/attract/OHDUBcorn.html) (paid for by the bed tax on the hotels...)

For those who came last time, there is a Graeter's Ice Cream (http://www.graeters.com/viewCity.cfm?locID=24) parlor less than 1 min away! :)

Tough to do a photo op there w/ more than a couple cars. It really isn't conducive to parking many vehicles. But worth at least the drive-by!

Reservation by phone is the only option at this moment.

Julie .......... Nothing against you young lady, but I got tired of waiting for the
web page for making reservations for the "Columbus/Marysville Extravaganza"
in June SO I made mine the old fashioned way...... via phone. So as of this afternoon I have a bed to sleep in while attending the Annual "Extravaganza".

To add to Larry's post - the overflow hotel is supposed to be next to Embassy Suites. We should hear the scoop Tuesday.

There are a limited number of King size smoking rooms still available at the Embassy Suites as of 4pm Central time. The overflow hotel is the Hilton Garden Inn. It is right next door to the Embassy Suites. We do have a discount group rate at this hotel also. I will have the reservation information posted tomorrow; the lady I needed to talk to was gone for the night. Can't wait to see you all there!
