After extensive research on the subject, I have decided that this car will be my future means of sporty transportation. I don't know if I'll give up my P-car for my new ride quite just yet but I guess time will tell eventually.

Here's an exclusive preview that will air on the Super Bowl tonite. I had a good chuckle watching this as it brought back many memories from the Godfather I movie:

Finally a car that is worth trading my RL for. I don't think the wife will approve.

You have to hand it to Audi. The ad started kind of strange but finished hot.

I'm sure people will remember the ad.

Compare that to an Ridgeline ad... play some bad music and then say "Ridgeline"... the end. Bad.

I think the conventional German teutonic color of silver with carbon fiber side blades may work for me although I'm steering towards Daytona Grey.
Either way, the Audi salesman tells me to be patient as it may be a while. Current waiting time is just under 2 years....

Oh, it looks like you’ve already begun to compile some data regarding your next set of wheels……. That small displacement V8 has got to sound like an Indy Car as I’ve been following their success in road racing with their R10 very closely.

Two years huh?!? I guess that’s not too long to wait. I really like the white AUDI Will Smith drove in “I ROBOT” too.

if its a typcal Audi, and re-used certain parts that my plauge its components of breaking down after a few years of working....replacement parts may be one big problem of owning, you may have to give your right arm or a kidney to replace certain parts to fix it.

I still remember of owning 99' VW Passat 1.8T, its counter part was the Audi A4 1.8T, both Audi and VW used the same part in the engine and transmission. Only difference was the badge and interior and othe components like the head light assembly and tail light assembly. Overall, the VW 1.8T passat is the Audi A4.

We couldn't quite afford the $100K+ price or 2-year wait so here's what's going to be showing up in our driveway in late March (being built in Ingolstadt, Germany and Györ, Hungary as we speak) to replace the missus' 2006 A6:

Oh, she's already a tried and true RL driver and (fortunately for me!) loves driving it, so I'll be getting some left seat time in the TT as well! Heck, that wind in the face thing is even better when there's no hair to blow in your face! :D

A few years back, I owned an Audi S4 twin turbo. It was by far the greatest vehicle I have ever owned. As a matter of fact, it saved my life.

i would still get the Audi over the Porche 911, the way it handled the corners and as he said, when cornering, you're not trying to fight the car, more its driving with you and the cabin is quiet. than hearing the engine all day long, that will get annoying at times. Gas wise, i think its the same milage...and if its the same milage i would choose to have the V8 over a flat 6.

We have a friend with an S6 and, having driven that, I can only imagine what it's like to be behind the wheel of an R8. Sadly, it's waaaay out of our price range and we'll have to "make do" with it's baby brother.

I saw one @ the Indy Auto Show. I put it in my pocket and brought it home. It's that small...
