Are we the only out-of-towners getting to Sedona Thursday night? We're looking to have some pre-event fun starting with breakfast at the Sedona airport restaurant.
If you are coming in on Friday during the day, will you want to catch up with us before dinner or are you just planning to slide into town around dinnertime?
I'm so excited! :D Thank you Kevin and Jason for all the work you're doing to make this the best Sedona meet ever. :D

I and PODO, (Chris and Pam) are planning to hit Sedona around Noon on Friday but after working all week, getting started at 0400 on my travel day and driving 6 1/2 hours, I have a feeling the only thing I am going to want to do is take a nap for a hour or 2 before dinner. ;)

Truckin' 04-07-2008, 09:58 PM We plan on hitting the road about 5 AM :eek: and I am NOT a morning person! However, I make adjustments when it's vacation time. I'd love to leave Wed. night if it didn't mean we'd need to find another place to stay on the way down. No driving clear through the night for me. I like traveling in the day time so I can take a kazillion photos. :p

Actually, weather is looking like it will be low to mid 80's in Sedona on Saturday (and just a few degrees cooler the day before).
Pam, Jason and I are still up for meeting, and we have a few ideas where to go. I will call Mike and see if he is up for it as well.

Kev, looking forward to whatever happens on Friday before dinner. We'll want some down time too so don't think you have to entertain us all day. Everything you have planned and arranged looks great.

Let's make it 9 AM at the Sedona Airport restaurant. We have to vacate our room that morning so we can move to the cottage for the weekend. Kevin needs a little extra time to get there after getting his kids off to school. If we get our dogs walked and are all packed a bit earlier (8:30 ish) I will give you a call and we can get a table and get started with some coffee before we order breakfast.
Will it just be the four of us or are any other people able to come? Locals from Sedona? This is an open invitation.

All my planning is still a go, have not received a go yet from work, but there is a new project in the horizon :confused: , that's probably why? I should know more in a Day or so.
This sucks :( , I usually get a notice the next day :mad: if i get the weekend off, but work is work. I'm still in as for now.

Unfortunately, I have been assigned to a project that i was hoping it didn't happen till end of april :mad: I'm working with other head departments to see if they can cover, and I will know more tomorrow morning :(
No its not what I wanted, but the corporate office decision not my boss. Its a fundraiser for the community and surrounding neighborhoods. PR thing.
