July 18-20: Mid-Ohio Honda 200

Anyone up for a road trip to Mid-Ohio (and an opportunity to drive the track?)? I got a PM from "Danielle." Dibs on transporting Danica! :

Honda Ridgeline Owner:

I saw your name on a forum to begin the Ohio Ridgeline Owners Association while searching for proud Honda Ridgeline owners in Ohio.

I'd like to invite each of you to participate in a unique and special opportunity at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course this summer. We're looking for enthusiastic Honda Ridgeline owners to help us out pre-race ceremonies during The Honda Indy 200 presented by Westfield Insurance (IndyCar Series event), July 18-20.

Details are still in the works, but we would utilize the Ridgelines to transport drivers around the track during a parade lap, prior to the start of the race.

Dang...I just found this thread. I was there. Fortunately, we were still coming in the gate when the first two really hard showers came through. The one between races wasn't too bad, but you're right, the S2000's were drenched. I can't beleive they didn't put their tops up.

Funny thing was, the mascot didn't really fit on the cart - there was a girl behind him holding him on.
