Combo Meet - Friday Schedule

Below is the schedule for Friday of the meet. We will post the list of the 150 people who get to go to the Friday daytime activities within a couple days.

11:00-11:30 am Guests arrive at ELP: Check-in, begin lunch in Liberty Hall
11:30 -12:00 Lunch served to 150 people and continue to eat during presentations
12:00-1:00 Presentations
1:00 - 2:45 Plant tours (10 groups of 15)
3:00 - 4:00 Element tailgate reception in the front of ELP (cancel if rain)
4:00 Depart from ELP

Friday night - open, nothing officially scheduled

*NOTE: We have nearly 200 registered for the meet, so obviously not everyone will get to go on Friday.

Mr. T is this still set in stone ?
(just curious, Razzy will be going to DDC doggy day care.. ((can't say it too loud or he gets too excited)) times for drop off pick up etc...)

I believe this is still the schedule for Friday. I think the plan is to begin lining up the vehicles a little after 10 for the caravan to the plant. I'll post if I find out something different.
