Hey all I just want to send out one huge THANK YOU to everyone.

A big T/U to T-Mac & Julie & everyone else who helped set up & organize this event - YOU ROC!

Thanks of course to our photographer Ridgeln - can't wait to get some of those pics.

Tons of Thanks for Gary, his crew, TRC, ELP and everyone @ Honda that so graciously allowed us to come on out and who provided so much cool stuff to do and see.

Thanks to the Ridgeline driver (I didn't get his name! :( ) who showed me what my truck can really do!

Thanks to the sponsors (especially Roll-N-lock - lookin forward to my new Tonneau Cover! ;) )

Thanks to all who made it to share the experience. We'll see you next year.
:D :D

I believe it was Richard who was driving the Ridgeline (yes? no?). All I know is that I didn't think I could possible have had a bigger smile on my face when I got out of the truck than when I got in!

Having the access to the engineers, facilities, and TIME of these people is a chance in a lifetime - THANK YOU!

Pics are coming :D

Same here, thanks to all, I had a blast. The ride in the Ridge was worth the 1400+ miles alone. That was a hell of a ride. I was taking off ramps faster all the way back. Thankfully the ride home was 12 hours, as opposed to the 13 1/2 on the way down. And thanks to Chuck401 for being a good caravan buddy. Sorry we did not catch up on the ride back. Was their traffic in western CT on 95, I took the Merritt Pkwy instead.

Cannot wait to get my new Cloud Rider grill. Hell of a bonus to wrap up a great trip.

Many thanks to T Mac and Julie and all the others that helped to put on such a great meet. We met a lot of new friends. The Honda people pulled out all stops in both the ELP tour and the TRC.

Thanks to all

I will also add my thank you's.
The plant tour was amazing. I put in robotics in the big 3 plants in the 70's and seeing what Honda Manufacturing was doing was amazing. The other thng that was left out is the plant does not require ear ( hearing ) protection at any spot other than the stamping machine. I was a sight to see partially assembled civics, cr-vs and elements pass overhead at many places in the plant. 100% of every vehicle is dyno tested and fluid leak tested before it is allowed out of the plant. Our tour spotter told me that they had made 60 line improvements for the current civic - all suggested by the people that assembled them, one cut 50 minutes from the assembly time. He ( the suggestor ) got asked to move to R&D. He said only for 1 year, he wants back on the assembly line. No one has to work more than a week at any position at the plant if they do not want to. Oddly enough some do not want to move. Our spotter showed me the guy that did the final tire inspection before the tires are mounted. He has been at that job for over 20 years, Had arms that made the senior Tuttle on American Chopper looks like olive oils' arms. he filpped a tire around like it was made of foam.

Thanks for all the kind words! We had an incredible time. I want to take the time to thank all of the attendees for taking the time and spending the money on gas and stuff to attend the meet. Obviously, without you there, there would not have been a meet. We appreciate your support of the ROC!
