For those who have installed chrome mirror covers...

I tried this in "Exterior" but got no response so I'm trying it here...
I just installed the Putco mirror covers and I love the look but was a bit disappointed that the side next to the windows isn't covered.
Is this just Putco's design or are other brands the same?

I would go the the other brand's websites and fire off an email to each, and just ask them. That's the most definitive way to find out. :cool:

Mine are the same jj. I purchased them from Burtman some time ago and don't know what manufacture. I would bet Putco though.

I didn't take notice of the interior edge not being covered until now. :eek:

I don't think it takes away from the overall look. It may be made that way for ease of install and removal?

I got an email back from some company I contacted :confused: that linked me to CCI chrome products. Looks like there's might be "full" covers but not positive!?
Anyone install the CCI's?

I have the CCI's and they are not "full" covers either. I think they look great.
To me, they are an "accent" not a chrome mirror replacement.

Thanks for the info! I got an email from some sales "supervisor" who said they were full covers except the arm part.
I agree that they are just "accent" pieces, I just think they would be nicer if they covered the whole thing. I'm not taking mine off just because they don't, although I might buy a "second" pair if I found some that did:eek:
