Hello fellow Ridgeline owners.

Amazon is now offering a 2-for 1 deal on these replacement bulbs.

I first learned about the GE Nighthawks as possible replacement bulbs (and as an alternative to the Silverstars) here:

http://www.ridgelineownersclub.com/forums/mods-installs-how-tos/3913-replacement-headlight-bulbs-test-report.html

I bought 2 pairs for just $34.99 (the price of the 2nd pair is automatically deducted at checkout).

Opting for free shipping and not being charged sales tax, I basically paid $34.99 for 4 of these light bulbs.

Just go to Amazon and do a search for "GE 9003NH/BP2 Nighthawk Replacement Bulbs".

You can also buy the bulbs individually (GE Nighthawk 9003NH/BP Automotive Replacement Bulbs, Pack of 1) for $19.68 but they are sold on Amazon via a company called The Auto Alley. However, I am not sure if the 2-for-1 rebate will be honored by them and plus you won't get free shipping.

I didn't mind having an extra pair of bulbs.

I just bought Silverstars and have not seen too much difference over OEM. Maybe a little more light peripherally, but as for straight ahead the only difference is the color of the light, seems like.

I love the GE Nighthawks that I installed about six months after purchasing my Ridgeline. The difference is quite noticable to me as I drive mostly highways at night.

I got my GE Nighthawks almost 1.5 weeks ago and promptly installed them. I noticed a big difference between these and the O.E.M. bulbs. The light is so much brighter and so much whiter. I've already been flashed a couple of times by oncoming traffic while driving at night. That's never happened to me before when I had the old bulbs in.

I just bought a couple sets of these on Amazon. The buy one get one free offer expires August 29th. My cart showed 2 sets @ 34.99 right up until checkout. Do they really fit the 2008 Ridgeline? According to the Amazon drop down vehicle selection menu it says they do not fit an 08 Ridgeline. Change to an '07 and it says it fits. Any '08 owners put these in yet?

Thanks,

Gary

Your lights will work as long as they are the same for the 2006 / 2007 headlights. There were no changes to the headlights for the 2008 model Ridgeline.

Rakapur, do those bulbs just plug into the stock assembly or do you need a conversion kit?

Thanks for the quick response! Is there a difference between the GE bp2 (thread title)and the H4?

i have never tried GE bulbs but heard from friends that they looked just like stock maybe a little brighter, i have tried a few other bulbs from Advance Auto Parts and another European maker called Euro Dezigns (i got pulled over cause they were to blue) and i did notice that your from northern va (i live there to) so these bulbs will keep the cops off you, i really dont know if there is any other diff. the stock bulbs i pulled out of the ridgeline look like the bulbs i put in the only diff was on the after market bulbs the glass was blueish

(you ever notice in northern va theres lots of ridgelines?? maybe im just noticing them since i got mine)
