I'd also recommend one of the downtown walking or carriage tours if you have time and are a history/construction buff. Pleasant. Take Coleman Blvd. Turn left after going over the bridge over Shem Creek, and go into the Shem Creek Bar & Grill. Order the shrimp & grits and your favorite tasty beverage. Mmmm, good!
