09 bed extender new design...

The new extender gives you more room as you go up. Wonder if you'll be able to fit a full-size dirtbike w/ this in place? Who's gonna try it out? Maybe me :p I assume it'll fit in the 08 bed. Anyways, just wanted to get everyones thoughts and get it on everyone's radar. It'd be really nice if I could get a big bike in there w/ an extender.

Well holy crap, just answered my own question by scrolling down the accessories page, they're making a Motorcycle Bed Extender (http://automobiles.honda.com/ridgeline/accessory-detail.aspx?Accessory=RIDGE09073) now!

If this will fit in an 08, I'm set!

Will the motorcycle extendewr work on 06-08 Ridge's? Also, anu issues with using either bed extender with tonneau covers? I just installed a Truxedo and would like to buy the Bed Extender next. Thanks

Basically, I want to put the 09 Motorcycle Bed Extender in my 08 Ridgeline.

A few questions for those who have the 09 motorcycle bed extender:

Is it the same height as the original bed extender? I want to make sure it will still fit under a tonneau cover.

When in the forward mount position (under the rear window), does it get in the way of opening the trunk?

Also, it would be great if anyone could post pics of this bed extender in all three positions. Pictures can say a thousand words.
