I have a 2006 Ridgeline with 2006 information in my navigation system which is out of date for some communities. Has anyone ordered an update to their navigation system? From the dealer? Elsewhere? Cost? Any recommendations?

My '07 came with 4.56A (2006). The current version is 4.64 (2008) that was released a few weeks ago. The upgrade was simple and there were no surprises. To obtain the latest version, go to http://www.hondanavi.com and order one from there. The cost is $185.00 + shipping. Keep in mind that even though the DVD was compiled in 2008, the mapping data will always be outdated. The larger the city, the most frequently the data will make it to an update. Some map data can be several years old.
