This has been discussed over at the EOC and I posted a similar poll. A few people have tossed around the idea of holding the combo meet in Alabama where we can tour the Honda Ridgeline plant in Lincoln, tour the Huntsville Space and Rocket Center, and stay in Guntersville where there are hotels and camping areas.
I'm trying to find out who's interested so I can come up with a number to try to set up the Lincoln tour. I don't really need definate commitments right now, I'm just trying to get a rough idea. They usually only give tours on Tuesdays and Thursdays but if the group is big enough, maybe we can get a Saturday tour going.

The Lincoln tour is set for June 26th!! Problem is this is tentative!!:confused: Tours are presently suspended at the facility and are not scheduled to resume until sometime in April!! This is not good; for a fairly large group that would not leave much time to coordinate lodging, additional events, etc. I would hope we could get some of the heavyweights to intervene to see if the Lincoln folks could be a little more precise! I would think the June time frame would be fairly well booked at the Guntersville State Park facilities. So as you all can see if this is the choice for the meet, we have a problem!!:( PM or e-mail me if you have any questions. I have Honda's e-mail response on file!!
Iam torn between the mid -atlantic/northest Roc Meet sections & the southeast Roc Meet. If there was a plant tour I would come south the Space & Rocket Center sounds good.

Would look forward to seeing you again Fred. Hopefully after the 1st of the year we can get better organized and firm up a location an agenda!!!

I have hopes the national will be in Bama,so we can tour the plant. We will have to see what the situation is with Honda. I am intrested.

I may have to ditch the SoCal meet and come to this one instead. I was born just east of Lincoln, in Oxford so this would be a great excuse for me to come home and visit. I will keep watching this thread for more info.
