xm radio channels

I bought a 2008 rtl and had 3 months free trial xm subscription when purchased but never renewed after it ran out. Yesterday just went to check on xm and noticed I got about 10 channels again. Just wondering if anyone got this also with theirs. Maybe a Christmas present from Sirius/XM LOL:)

When my subscription expired (which I did not renew) last week, I noticed I still get about 10 channels as well. I think it might have something to do with the fact we get 12 pre-sets, or just that XM/Sirius don't know what they are doing and can't totally disconnect. Or, like you said, just a gift...in which case I'll take it as long as I'm not paying for it.;)
