P.I.E. Auxiliary input

I have a 06 RL non Navi with the XM/Aux button on the dash. I ordered the PIE unit to plug in so I can ditch the FM Mod. on my plug n play XM unit. It appears easy to install. I was wondering if anyone else has tried this unit with sucess?

i installed it on mine. it's super easy, and i like it alo. the sound is very good. much better than what you've probably been getting. i plugged in my xm myfi to the aux portion of the pie and my ipod touch to the ipod part. i love that the song info, etc... pops up on the display and that the xm unit has much better sound quality when run through the pie as opposed to using an fm channel.

Which model PIE is this? What you are describing is exactly what I want on my (new to me) '06. Ipod with the info on the screen, XM Inno in the AUX.

Will this work on an 08, non navi, and use a Sirius plug & play receiver? Then I would have to get a cable to go from Sirius out to RCA ??

it should. that's pretty much what i've done w/my 06 rtl no nav.
