It is an easy drive from Maryland to OH - we have done it many times (in many different vehicles, but not in my Ridge, yet) - I am actually looking forward to my next trip to MD (My in-laws both live there). So what are you waiting for?

Should just take my last weeks vacation and drive up with wife. Would be nice to experience cold and maybe snow with RL. Of course, also to meet you friends for some fun.

It'd be nice to have folks from many corners of the US at this. Besides, you'd probably win "farthest travelled" for the meet! The drive from FL to OH is nice - some really fun places to stop in TN (many, many, many trips from OH to FL as a child w/ my parents - father is native Floridian).

I found out too that she can make a banner for my windshield that says "Ridgeline" in Silver. Can't wait for that to be installed. I also ordered vinyl labels for my windows and back window that will say "Tex's Ridge". This will go very well with my decal already on there "Ridgeline Owners.com". I should have them before my drive to the meet :D You gotta love this forum. Customized Pimp Vinyl!! :)

UPDATE. I just spoke with the RARHOF and they told me I can call by 4pm Thursday to get group tickets. So...anyone still sitting on the fence about coming..here's your chance to still get tickets at the group rate. Regular price is $20.00. The ROC group rate is $14.75.

Webwader 11-01-2005, 05:48 PM I was just figuring and it's only 2,468 miles to the Steak and Lube and if we left first thing in the morning, averaging 60 mph for 41 hours, we could make it by 11:00 AM. on Saturday.
But reality dicates otherwise, so both we will have to be there in spirit instead of consuming spirits with a great bunch of people with fine rides. Sorry I can't add another SILVER RL to the group, ladyridge. I'm sure everyone will have a wonderful, memorable time. Take lots of pictures to share.

And you'd win the prize for the truck that came the farthest for the meet! AND, just think, you'd still have about 2000 miles to go before needing an oil change! So what are you waiting for? :)

Ok, here's what you do.
1) Stock the fridge & leave a key out for the houseguests,
2) Blame missing the zoo appointments on the time change, or hire a stand in,
3) Not sure what the DW commitments are (excuse my ignorance) but you could send your stand in from #2,
4) Reschedule the doctors appointment explaining to him the self-therapy you're about to embark on - relaxation, medicinal spirits, companionship, laughs, etc..
Better, hurry, you've only got about 73 hours to get here!!

I have a friend bring me Louisana Licker Sauce everytime he goes back to his home town and I have never even been to q Quaker Steak & Lube. Then the trip to the Hall.
