Im almost set on buying these rims for my truck, but i would like to see them photoshopped onto it. If there is anyone on here that wouldnt mind i would really appreciate it. I am no good with computers.

This is the best pic of my truck at a decent angle for the rims, kinda dark.

Good looking rims. I think they would look great.

I think they will too, i just want to be a little more certain before i drop this ammount of money. They are 20x8.5 +35mm offset, and i will pair them with 275/45 20's, should get the look im going for.

There are a few other ROCers who did this and the said they had no rubbing. Plus I was looking into this myself. Cooper LTZs are nice???

Saweeet Rims! I really think so, and I have a Billet Silver myself, so I tried...

I think my "dial-up accelerator" forced a lower resolution pic download, than the ones you posted, but I worked with them anyways.

PLEASE DON'T base any decision not to get these wheels on my meager photoshop 2.0 skills! :o

Good Luck! If I had the cash, these would be the type wheel I'd get, but my tax refund is going towards a new 'puter! :)

Hey! Wait a minute!

These are 20's, right?

Made them a little bigger... oops... now they look like 22's! :o

... OK... I'm done. :D

Hey thanks for the 'shop. I am going to try to get a better picture of my truck today with better lighting and a little closer up, that might make it look better

Photoshop is fun to use, glad to help.
I got the RL from the internet, do not know who it belongs to, maybe someone named DAP?

I'm still learning and haven't done much with my Ridgeline pics, but I use it every day in cleaning up and detailing photos for my work. I like the way you reversed and angled the wheels to line up with the angle of the truck, then even cleaned up the inside of the wheel to match the shadowing. Very nice!

I've been messing around with mine since I got this computer back in '98.
It's actually PhotoDeluxe 2.0... same as Photoshop, right?

I'm looking into getting a new PC shortly. Mine crashes at least once every time I use any graphics program.
A newer version will probably be alot more fun to use. :D

Used the Polygon Lasso Tool to encircle the outside of the rim.
Used Select, then Inverse.
Used Majic Eraser to eliminate everthing except the wheel
Used Paint Bucket to Fill gaps in wheels with black
Used Eye Dropper to choose color from wheel spokes
Used Paint Bucket to fill edge of rim with color
Dragged the wheel onto the image of the RL
Unlocked both layers
Used Edit, Transform (many times) until it looked OK
Then Copied that Layer, dragged copy rear tire, Transformed that layer to fit the smaller rear wheel
Used Image, Canvas size to set dimensions
chose to save as JPEG, resolution 300

Oo La La, Laa Dee Dah

You could spend the rest of your life trying to figure out all the intricacies of Photoshop.

Someone else could probably do it easier and better.
In hindsight, I could have used the Eliptical Marquee tool to make the wheel perfect.
:D

Wicked, that's outstanding Photoshop work! I use Photoshop Elements. Not as good as the full-blown Photoshop, but I do enjoy it. Thanks for posting your process. Always interested in learning how the special effects things are done in Photoshop. Good work!
