We need a rough estimate (head count) for each of these two dining events.

Friday night (4/17) will be at Red Rock BBQ at 7 pm.

Sunday Lunch will be at Flagstaff Honda (BBQ - burgers, hot dogs, etc). and will be around noon, depending on driving time from Sedona via Schnebly Hill Rd.

(Saturday lunch, which will be at Picazzo's, is not included in this poll and we will get a head count on Sat. morning. The same will hold true for dinner Saturday night at Su Casa (Mexican cuisine) in Clarkdale.)

I will assume that everyone in your party will be in attendance if you reply to the poll. I have a list of everyone that's attending.

Again, we just want to get a rough estimate and if you don't know that's fine. We need to tell the restaurant and dealership an approximate number.

As for myself, regrettably I cannot commit yet to making the pre-meet dinner. Kris' job has their awards night at the same time. Since I am running with the gang all day Sat and Sun, I have to be flexible and be supportive of her event too.

I should know more in a day or so.

I actually created the post/poll for Sedonaaz (Jason) at his request, since he is handling the details for those two dining events. I'm just the messenger...he's coordinating that! ;)

Judy and I will leave Glendale at around 5pm. Hopefully will be to Sedona in time for dinner. It kind of depends on the trafffic getting out of town. Our goal is to make dinner.

Put us down as a yes (probably) for Sunday lunch.

I know Chuck is on the road and can't speak for him....
but
I think he would be at both with a headcount of 2.

I would think "The Wild Rocs" will be there for dinner on Friday, but I can't speak for everyone. Drive times can change and flights can be delayed.

I'm sure we will do our best to be there. :D

Confirmed this afternoon that I have Friday off so it looks good for getting up there early enough for the Friday night dinner. The Ridge is in the shop having the T1500-4 amplifiier replaced under the other drivers insurance, but it should be finished by 10:00 a.m Friday, so after a quick wash, we should be able to make it without any problems.
