Disappointed!

I hope someone can tell me why Jason does not respond to enquiries about the Sprint Booster. It has been several weeks since I ordered one and I cannont get Jason to respond to when it will ship, if ever. I could use the money that I charged for Sprint Booster for something else if there is an issue with getting any more of them.
Jason, I still want the Sprint Booster, but my enthusiasm has just about gone away.

Just ask for your money back and tell him you're tired of waiting. He gets a good bit of business from this site (I know he's gotten mine) so he will work with you. Is Burtman the only place you can get this Sprint Booster? If so, wait ... he's not just holding it in a stockroom to piss you off ... if you can get it somewhere else, in stock, ask for a refund and go buy it. If it costs more somewhere else, so what? You want it, and you want it now.

did you try calling him? I have called a couple of times with questions about his products and he has always answered the phone.:cool:

No answering machine or voice mail......He answered the phone. Kind of unheard of today. He maybe too busy to be connected on the internet like some of us can be?;)

I'm with SRQRIDGE. I've called Jason a few times in the past, never a voicemail, he always answers the phone.:)

Hey ya'll,

Did like several suggested and called Jason. He said the Sprint Boosters were slowed down in Customs and hopefully will be delivered to us in about a week. Thanks to all who suggested calling, don't know why I didn't pursue that course of action sooner! Thanks also to Jason!!!

You guys might cut Jason a little slack. Its really hard to get anything that is not manufactured in the US right now. There are far fewer ships traversing the oceans right now due the economic slowdown.

Hey guys. I don't get notifications when someone makes a new post in here, sorry. Just saw this post now.

The sprint boosters were delayed and delayed. The problem is, the factory tells me, "Hey, Jason, you will have them in 2 weeks..." So, I tell my customers, hey, you'll have your sprintbooster in about 2 weeks... Then manufacturing gets delayed, then they tell me it's going to be another week, etc, etc.

Finally they shipped, but they ship from GERMANY to Canada, where the main warehouse is that they come into. Now, after they come in from Germany to Canada, they have to go through customs, which can take a few days to clear. Then they ship from Canada to my warehouses on the East coast, then I can ship to them you guys. This is all the behind the scenes stuff that goes on. The problem is, sometimes, the eta and dates that they give me aren't always accurate. I can tell you I'm honest, and only have been repeating the info that I'm told from the factories.

Now, after all this, I DO HAVE THE SPRINT BOOSTER'S IN STOCK! FINALLY. So, if you do want to order, I still have them at the $299 price, which I'm not even supposed to be doing. They should be $329, as we we warned by the factory to stop selling at $299. If you really want one, I'd order soon which it's at the lower price.

One thing you can always know is I dn't ignore anyone, and I don't let anything slip through the cracks. You can call the # on our site, and I'm going to answer it 90% of the time. If you leave a voicemail, you'll get a call back.

It helps keep the engine in its optimum rpm range without having so much accelerator pedal travel. Of course this is not important to everyone, but I feel it was a good investment for my Ridge!

I agree I am still enjoying mine and can even plug it into the Element. Price of one for two cars. Can't go wrong.
