Im going forward with the wired camera option jacking into my navigation box under the seat. I have seen the post for instructions on doing so but my question is what wire goes to what position on the molex plug from the rca jack? In the picture you see the rca jack split into individual wires going into a molex plug which then goes into the nav. box. Thanks.

The answer is provided in the first post of the thread:
The factory plug on the back of the navigation unit has a pin configuration as follows:
Pin (1) is a constant 8 volts dc.
Pin (2) is the video ground or shield
Pins (3 & 4) are not used
Pin (5) is the video line (center pin)
Pins (6 & 7) are jumpered together. I’m not sure what they do but they have to be jumpered together.

What I was getting at is when you split open the rca cable and separate the individual wires how do you tell which is ground , power , video etc. so that I can match those to the proper pin configuration when I connect it to the molex plug??

I went to local radio shack and got a speaker wire plug and used it for the video (That way it's already split). I then just used my multimeter to determine which was the pin and which was the ground.

An RCA video connector only has two wires the signal line that connects to the center pin and the ground with connects to the outer shield.
The nature of your questions suggest that you might want to enlist the help of somebody with a bit more electrical knowledge/experience before attempting to install your own camera.
If that is not an option keep asking questions and reading the posts until you are sure that you know how to connect everything. This is a pretty simple project but if you have an error and do any damage it could get expensive.

I get it. I was over thinking it. When I was looking at the picture of the plug with 6 & 7 jumped together and the mention of constant power I got it in my head that the cable had more than two wires. Pays to read word for word! Thanks all. Now to pick out my camera.:)
