I'll start out by saying it took me less than an hour to install this and it works great, good sound no volume issues easy to install,charges Zune.I spoke with there tech guy because I had a question and got right through on 1.800# nice helpfull people.I will need to switch the power wire to the right one though(yellow/w red stripe) thanks to a fellow owner.I used a red and later found out after reconnecting the dash cover that it is somehow connected to the headlight switch,which will work but you have to turn on the headlights..no prob for now.If anyone has any questions let me know I paid 109.00 for this from Amazon.JK
