Contacts from BB Storm

I have a blackberrry storm and I want to transfer my contacts to my phone book on my navi unit - but I get errors - is this common, am I doing something wrong???

My phones pairs with no problems...

don't know if it's the same as my aftermarket unit, try and see.
turn bluetooth off on the phone, go to address book,
Options> mark all,
Options> send name card
via bluetooth
select bluetooth device
