Replacement snap screw for nose mask

I bought a used Nose Mask that had been previously installed. After I tried to install it I discovered the Snap-screws, Washers, and Fenderwell nuts were probably in the previous owner's truck. Anybody know if they're available? Would hardware from Lowe's work?

The replacement kit for both front fenders is available from your local Honda Dealer. Check with the parts department
