problem with accessories power socket

Alright, so the 2 power sockets stopped functioning after I plugged in my friends phone charger. The rear one behind the center console still works though. I've tried checking the fuses under the steering wheel on the left side and all the fuses look ok. I am guessing that acc or rear acc is for the outlets? Then I also checked the fuses that are under the hood and all seem to be ok too. Does anyone know where the fuse is if its not one of these or know what may be wrong? I have 2 DVD head rest monitors as well too and they stopped powering on after this happened so I guess they are wired to the same power line.:confused:

it is the 15a fuse in the secondary underhood fuse box ( there are 2 under the hood ) it is in slot 5. see p 381 of the 2009 owners manual or p 284 of the 2006 manual
