New Honda 5 Year-60,000 warranty

Did any of you get in the mail the new updated manuals to replace you others? There was an enclosed letter saying they are upgrading the standard 3 Year-36,000 mile warranty to 5 Year-60,000 miles. When I read it, I take it as this is automatic and at no additional charge.

I wonder for those people who bought that additional warrenty, do you get a refund. I didn't buy an extra warranty. Have any of you purchased one?
