Bluetooth Wiring

I recently installed a new headunit (Pioneer Premier 610bt) along with 4 new door speakers. Boston Acoustics Sx65 in the front and polk audio db651s in the back.

The microphone wire for bluetooth that comes out of the headunit is right now taped down on my dashboard.

Where can I install the wire so that it is unseen? Can it go behind the dashboard?

Here is where I installed the mic from my Parrot Blutooth. It worked out really well and was easy to route the wire. The dash panel just snaps in and out.

I ran my Parrot wiring under the dash and out the side by the A frame (?). Then the wiring was tucked under the molding. There's about 1" of wiring that you see only if you look for it, and its by the 'mirror' area coming out from under the dash.
