To pull out the radio, click on the instructions for mp3 player on H&A's website.

You reference "code" in your title, that should be bundled with the rest of your Ridgeline documents in the glove compartment. Some ROCrs found a label with the code stuck to the side of the glove compartment.

Good Luck!

If you can't find the documents for the radio code, the dealership can look it up using the VIN.

Did you buy new or used? The radio code was provided to me on my new RL and I stuck it on the inside of the glove box. If used you may want to check there, or your manual. maybe the previous owner stuck it there someplace.

I'd go the dealership route with your VIN first, although pulling the radio is pretty easy as has been mentioned using the HandA instructions, or any of the IPOD adapter instructions.

I was told you can get the serial number by holding the 1 and 6 before you turn it on and continue to hold it after turning it on. I will have to do this when I need my code next. I will then contact the Honda Owners Link folks and get them to give me the code.

Its super easy to do. Took me 5 mins to take the radio out the first time I did it. Heres a link how to remove the dash trim to get to the radio:
