motorcycle bed extender 2009

Hi, I have searched and found that the 2009 mototcycle bed extender does hold a full size dirt bike but will it hold 2? It appears to taper in on the sides.
What is the difference between the normal bed extender and this?
Does it flip forward as well? Mount at the front?
