Hard Tonneau's

I have been reading some tonneau issues- seals, rust, gaskets, water in bed and others but have not seen any comments regarding Pace Edwards covers. I keep tools and other items in bed continuously and travel in all weather inclements. I recently moved out of my Tacoma Sport with a lockable solid cover and all items were protected even though the cover leaked slightly under driven rain or some high pressured washes. Does anyone have experience with any of the 3 Pace Edwards tonneaus? Thanks- keepin it safe.

Can you lock this cover?

Yes there are latch's on each side, latch's are under cover latch while tailgate is open
