I came home last night, drove through a snowbank at the end of my driveway and came to a 3 foot high snowdrift in front of my garage door.
I tried to push through but spun. I didn't want to ram througth too fast and hit the edge of the door or anything. So, I backed up a little bit, hit the VTM-4 button and moved forward through the snowdrive with no problem.

RidgeinMaine,
Thanks for that first hand report and pictures too!
Looks cold there, I must say I don't miss the long cold winters back east.

Great photos ,polar bear in a snow storm .
Nice pictures and thanks for the report of how the VTM-4 lock feature worked out in that situation.

The white ridgeline definately looks cool in the snow...

Thanks! We built it about 4 years ago.
More snow on the way tonight. Supposed to get 12 to 20 inches.
The way the wind blows, there is always a snowdrift in front of my garage door. In a storm like this it's usually 3 feet or so.
Any other northeastern people on here?
