I have a 2006 and have replaced the left front tire way too often. I continually am experiencing outside wear on the left front tire. I am running Michelins and buy from COSTCO. I had an alignment last time I replaced teh tire. It is worn again.
What is the problem?

There are many chain or quickie shops that 'do alignments' but have little idea of what to do if the 'normal' adjustments do not take care of it. The last thing you want them to do is start replacing parts in the hope it will fix it (the shotgun approach).
Find a reputable front end specialty shop that does know, and show them the problem. They should be able to isolate it.
If you know a reputable mechanic or a good body shop they should be able to guide you further in finding such a place.

Had a similar experience with an old Pathfinder. Sometimes (and I don't know about the Ridgeline) they can only adjust it so much before part of the suspension needs to be shimmed. Often the shops don't have the shim kits and will adjust as close as possible and not tell you that's what they did.
Personally, I'd find either a good dealer or a shop that specializes in alignment and get it checked out. Not saying Costco is bad, but there is a reason they are cheaper than most. Collision body shops usually have all the equipment to determine if something is bent, like your frame or suspension.
Also if anything is worn, it doesn't matter how good the alignment, your tire will continue to wear. Ball joints, tie-rod ends, etc. are all good places to look for excessive play.
Just don't ask a tire shop that also does suspension work - they always say this and that need replacing and then are very good at quoting an inflated price to fix.

Good advice.
I am going to replace the two front tires and then take it to a shop that I know does really good alignment work.
Thanks much!

Good luck. I was always taught that you get the alignment after installing new rubber, not before, otherwise they align the tires based on the existing wear.
One other thing to watch out for is proper air pressure in the tires. Over or under inflating can have a big effect.
Hope your get your problem solved.

to the OP, how often are you rotating tires?
i wonder because if you follow the MM for oil changes it may be too long, i always wonder if i should rotate the tires earlier than waiting for oil change.
just a thought...

Here is the end of the story: My son brought his (read:mine) 2006 to the house. All the warning lights were on and the vehicle drove poorly.
I did some checking on ROC and found that one other had problems with this.
I took the vehicle over to the local dealer. They spent a day and half on the problem. He did listen to the ROC recommendation and checked it out...but it was not the problem
They ultimately found that there was a corroded battery connection to the fuse box that one of my son's buddies had repaired. It was shorting out. Teh tech fixed it and everything worked.
The dealer charged me $110 to diagnose the problem and let me apply a 20% off online coupon.
I am really happy with the dealer.
On to the tires: checked out and the wear looked fine but they were ready to be replaced.
I went to America's Tire and got the Michelin's I wanted for a better price than COSTCO.
