I used to own an Accord Wagon EX -- loved that car! Now I have the rollerskate (Insight) and the RL -- two very different vehicles, both fine Honda products. I've considered upgrading the Insight to a Civic or Accord Hybrid, but the Insight gets soooo much better gas mileage... :D

You mean the EOC and ROC don't demand enough of your time? ;)

I'm a one vehicle owner so I won't be buying anything until the Ridge is ready to go.

As I mentioned on another thread, as happy as my wife and I are with her 2002 Accord EX V6, she saw info on the new Civic Si. Now she is hot to trot for one of those - in black of course!

Ya might want to hold onto your hat when you get the insurance quote for the Si. When we traded our 2000 Si for a 2002 Accord, which was a much more expensive car, our rates went down. I am sure that insurance companies have had to pay a lot of claims for speed racer wanna'bees trying to act out Hollywood scenes from 'The Fast and the Furious.'

I also own a 2005 Acura TL w/NAV, but I don't see it on the list.

You left Prelude off your choice list. We own a 1999 Prelude, 2003 Pilot and a 2006 Ridgeline.

My wife drives a 02 Accord, my daughter drives a 03 civic and I have 99 Passport and 06 RL. My son had a 97 civic but a crash totaled it and now he drives a 97 Toyota Corrella, till he can save some money and get a Honda.
I leased my RL so in three years I hope to be in a new 09/10 RL:D

I bought an 04 Element about a year ago. I bought an 05 CRV for my use earlier this fall when my daughter needed to use the Element on more of a full time basis at her new night shift job in one of the "seedier" areas of town.

I plan to trade my 04 Canyon in on a Ridgeline sometime next year when I catch up on a few other bills.

I've previously owned 6-7 Civics over the years, beginning with a 79, and teh most recent was a 99.

I was buying an S2000 until I saw the Ridgeline. So...Maybe next year I'll talk Todd into parting with his beloved Ford Exploder  and we'll have both.

Just traded down my RL to a 03 Civic LX. Got a question. Over the week, I had iced snow on the rear glass, the electric defroster only melted three quarters of the ice. The top quarter remained frosted. I brought it back to the dealer and was told the heating elements does not extend to the top. The elements you do see at the top is the radio antenna. I looked closer at the elements, and darn it, he was right! This was my first experience with a car defroster that only defrosts partially. I wasn't fed a line of BS, was I?

If outboard boat motor was a choice I'd have picked that as well as the Accord.

I've had 2 RSX type S's, an 04 Element, and of course the Ridgeline.
I'm hoping to get an S2000 in the next few years, I love those!

Yo T-Mac, why did you put the HR-V (http://www.honda.co.jp/auto-lineup/hr-v/) in this poll? Its not available in the North America or anywhere a Ridgeline is available. Or was this a test?

You could always import a HR-V. He also left the Ridgeline off. Can't a family have 2 RLs?

As for my wife and I we are looking at the Acura MDX to replace my wife's TL. Its a Honda just not on the voting poll.

Besides the Ridgeline, we currently own:
2002 Accord
2000 Civic
1999 C-RV
1995 Accord
They were all bought new except the "95 Accord.
In the past two years we also sold or totalled a 1990 Accord, a 1990 Civic, and a 1993 Civic.

My wife has a 2003 Pilot. I got the Ridgeline and we are trying to get her mother into a CRV (and get rid of her headache Ford Escape).
My wife has owned two other civics before trading in for her Pilot. She repeatly has told me that the silver Pilot "is the perfect vehicle and Honda has the perfect silver of any other car maker!" I have to give her credit- she was the one who converted me to Honda.

Never owned a Honda before April of this year:) Thats when we bought the Civic for my wife. In July I got rid of my 96 Chev Astro and bought The Ridgeline, so far we are happy with both vehicles and I can say that we are a Honda family now:) I hope Honda lives up to their reputation for reliability for a very very long time:)

Started back in 1985...bought a CRX....sweet little drive. Then got married and bought my new bride a Civic Sedan....then came the first child...had to get a bigger car...sold the CRX. In 1992 bought a Civic Hatchback...several years later upgraded to a 1998 CRV-LX (for my bride)....one week later, bought a 1998 Accord EX for myself...mistake....my wife took that and I got stuck with the CRV. Can't really complain, it held up its value for a trade-in on my new 2006 Ridgeline... Sorry dear, it's my truck, hands off! ;)
