The OEM Hitch and Harness maybe a bit more expensive but man does it look good its also a VERY clean install (all of the wires are there for you no cutting or splicing).

For the sake of completeness, and not because I have a case of sour grapes...
mayfielh's statement is accurate unless you bought a early model which doesn't include the reverse wire that triggers a solenoid to release a trailer's surge brakes when the truck is in reverse. If you need this and your truck doesn't have it, some hacking will be required. :mad:
Other than that, I'm happy with my Honda hitch. :)
