These photos are from our first camping trip in our Ridgeline. It was June, but still very cold. In the first pic you can see BIGGUY fishing in the background. We had the lake to ourselves the whole morning.

That first picture looks like a Thomas Kinkade painting with a truck added into it. Nice pictures.

Thanks everyone. There are plenty of fabulous places like this in central Idaho in the Salmon River country. This is a bit of a hidden gem. It's not quite our favorite, but it's a good one.

They were Rainbows. There was no bear toll when we were up there. I think they were still hibernating. Or they hadn't seen the commercial yet.

More at the lake. The dogs love everything about going fishing.

I like the way the Ridgeline looks with the trees in front of it on the lake shore.

Up on the hill above the lake we found a dandy place to have lunch.

The last is a view of the backroad we took as we left so we could see some different territory along the way.

A few more pics of the roads in the area. Some are better than this, some are worse. The higher roads were still snowed in.

I know a lot of folks are anxious to see off road abilities. We aren't planning on taking ours any place much wilder than this.

Your pictures take my breath away my friend. Can't wait to get to Oregon in June. :)

Would Robert Frost call that "The Road Not Traveled" :)
