Just got my Ex-L, used, 4 months old. The origninal owner traded it back in. It comes with an Autopage RS-655 remote starter with 3 channel security system. It was installed by the dealer. I do have the operation manual, but I need some clarification.

Do I need to activate Honda's security system using the key fob seperately from activating the Autopage fob system, or does one automatically activate the other? Same for unlocking. I had an embarrassing moment at the beer store, when I set off the Autopage siren, and it took me a bit to cancel it. Not entirely sure how I did it, and I'm a little nervous of doing it again.

One other question, how do you switch through the different zones, i.e go from zone 1, which is "warn away trigger" to zone 4, which is "trigger on impact sensor" Presently the LED flashes 4 times indicating zone 4, the manual has no info on this, nor does the web site.

thanks...brian

Brian - maybe a fellow member has this alarm system, but you could also try Autopage at http://www.autopageusa.com/t_inside.cfm?action=sections&sectionID=10007

I can't help you with the specifics of the Autopage, not knowing their pieces, but I can tell you about the use of the system. You will only want to use the Autopage remote. Put the Honda fobs in a drawer in your house and leave them there. Don't try and intermix the two systems or you will be setting off alarms left and right. Use the Autopage for the alarm, keyless entry and remote start.
