Wow snifrdog, Great price on the Bed Extender. I guess I'll give um a shout this evening. Thank you. Will you be installing these goodies yourself?
tlaudio 01-24-2006, 01:34 PM What a steal on that Shipping!!!
WOW! Other sites charge lots of $$$$ just to ship the hitch since it is oversize and quite heavy!

Dktahg 01-24-2006, 01:43 PM I have too twice ordered parts from this place, since I'm east coast and the shipping is better than ordering from the west coast companies. Also, I had the parts in like 2 days. One time they sent the wrong part and I had the right part within 2 days. There very easy to deal with. This place is a Honda dealership in Rhode Island. I swore I put a topic on here about this place a while back, but snifrdog putting a newer thread works.
mayfielh 01-24-2006, 01:45 PM That's the same place I got my Hitch/Harness, Bed Extender and Rear Mud Guards. They are very quick to process and ship as well. I believe their parent company is Honda of San Fran.
And you got love that shipping cost.
ProHonda 01-24-2006, 02:48 PM Fog Light Kit 233.00

Maybe H&A can beat this price ???
I need all of the stuff listed :D
bonerep 01-24-2006, 02:51 PM Good deal.:D
Ultra-HOG 01-24-2006, 03:07 PM If everything else is otherwise equal, or even reasonably close to it, consider that H & A has been a sponsor of this fine site that we all enjoy for quite some time now. They were on board when the ROC was quite new and have stayed on as we continue to grow. I think that is worth something. They not only help to pay the bills but they do other things here on the ROC like the give aways that are always fun, answering questions for us, and I am sure that there is more that I don't know about. Just my 2 cents worth. That, and another $5.00 will get you a small cup of black coffee at $tarbuck$!
ProHonda 01-24-2006, 03:18 PM Easy now, shipping is the MORE of a issue more then H&A prices..............
I have no probem supporting our sponser. :D
mayfielh 01-24-2006, 03:20 PM I totally agree. I would have purchased from our sponsor but a $50 surcharge that can be avoided by using another shipping company is ridiculous.
snifrdog 01-25-2006, 11:06 AM Just got off the phone with cheaphondaparts, they said they forgot a 20.00 surcharge for the hitch. still a great deal.
I would have also used a company that sponsors the site , but the difference is like 150.00
Sorry to me that is to much of a difference
most of the items were cheaper, but the big difference is the SHIPPING
oh well stuff is on the way
they were very nice
meanmachine19 01-25-2006, 02:35 PM This site (still) offers free shipping....

Some of their prices are a 'little' higher but something like the tow package is worth it with the free shipping.
I haven't bought from them yet and prefer to use our sponsor, but money is money. I too, will be looking to get the bed extender and if the shipping costs added to the $182 is less than $219, then that's where I'll go. I should be looking to get one before the next AZ meet in April :D

They do charge a $3.95 "handling" charge. I have ordered from them several times - no issues.
Theses are the sites that I price check before every purchase:
(Make sure you check shipping BEFORE ordering)
I have placed orders with all of these: (No issues with any of them)

rebelinfl 02-26-2006, 08:01 AM I just ordered my cargo net for the truck bed from Honda Acura World. I had compared prices and shipping charges from five different on line sites and these guys came out on top. It came down to the free shipping. They did have a $3.95 handling fee. So total savings over the next guy was pocket change (and I don't carry much pocket change :D ) Just thought I'd share the information.
